StalkMail exists to send email people want. This policy lists what you may not do with the service.
It applies to every account holder, API key and AI agent acting on an account.
Consent
- Do not email people who did not ask to hear from you.
- Do not use bought, rented, scraped, appended or harvested lists.
- Do not import a list from a previous provider without confirming that the recipients consented to hear from you.
- Keep a record of how each subscriber signed up.
Content
- Do not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing or hateful content.
- Do not phish, impersonate another person or organisation, or forge sender information.
- Do not send malware or links to it.
- Do not send adult content to people who did not ask for it.
Technical abuse
- Do not attempt to bypass sending limits, suppression lists or pre-send checks.
- Do not use the API to probe, overload or reverse engineer the service.
- Do not share API keys or resell access without an agreement.
- Do not use the service to send from a domain you do not control.
Deliverability
Sending to a cold or poorly maintained list damages the reputation that every customer shares. We may pause a send, require a list review, or limit volume while a new domain warms up.
We may remove addresses that are known spam traps, role addresses or previously complained, and we may require double opt-in for imports.
Enforcement
If an account breaks this policy we may warn you, pause sending, or suspend the account. For serious abuse, such as phishing or a bought list at volume, we may suspend immediately.
If you believe an action was taken in error, reply to the notice and a human will review it.
Reporting abuse
If you receive unwanted email that appears to come through StalkMail, forward it with the headers to support@stalkmail.com. We investigate every report.
